The development is by Czero Developments. Czero is based in Birmingham City Centre and was founded five years ago by former Directors of the contractor Linford Group. Czero has expertise in sustainable housing and the creative use of listed buildings. Director Simon Linford is closely involved with Eastside City Park, being Chair of the Friends, co-owner of the Woodman pub, and member of the Eastside Forum.

Copeland Wedge Associates based in Birmingham’s jewellery quarter will be the Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers, particularly focused on making the design building on a tight site, and integrating the structure with the adjacent historic building.

Ken Fisher of Apec Architects is engaged to advise on the historic building aspects of the project and particularly to bring forward the detailed restoration and design of the Bartholomew Row houses. Apec is a local practice with a strong specialisation in conservation work, and Ken is one of only two practising Architects Accredited in Building Conservation in Birmingham. Ken and Apec worked with the directors of Czero when Linford Group was main contractor on the award-winning restoration of the Saracens Head and Old Grammar School in Kings Norton.
